Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on April 19 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                            
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE BILL NO. 111 "An Act relating to the                                                                           
          duration of a certificate of compliance for an                                                                        
          intrastate air service provider; and providing for an
